Education & Training

MavensTCL has an employee skill development system i.e on-the-job training (OJT). Complementing the system are in-house training and self-education support programs. A wide range of in-house training programs are available, including rank- and role-specific training courses as well as many other purpose-specific programs. To enhance the effectiveness of education and training, MavensTCL seeks to link these programs with other initiatives. Specifically, 360-degree evaluation (evaluations by supervisor, colleagues, and subordinates) are done. Our system also offers intensive training and practical skills training courses to help employees improve English proficiency. We review our employee education system and individual training frequently  to incorporate the perspective of promoting diversity, in order to strengthen global management.
